CommScope offers three Category 6 solutions to fit your telecommunications
needs: UltraPipe, UltraMedia, and Media 6. Our twisted pair solutions performance is third-party verified,
and for UltraPipe and UltraMedia Solutions, even our worst-case statistics are well above the standard requirements
for a channel. Our copper connectivity is interchangeable within category, meaning you do not have to change panels
or outlets if you upgrade within a category.
CommScope offers two Category 5e solutions: Ultra II™ and DataPipe™. Both of our Category
5e solutions are supported by through third-party verification. As with our Category 6 solutions, even the
worst-case statistics for our Category 5e solutions are well above the standard requirements for a channel.
Fiber Optics | CommScope Uniprise
CommScope takes a flexible approach with our fiber optic solutions. We guarantee channel
distances based on the amount of combined connector and splice loss instead of relying on mere industry standard
lengths. We can support longer distances with less combined connector and splice loss. This allows for flexibility
in design and choice of our ST, SC, and LC connectors, all of which have excellent performance characteristics.
CommScope’s four multimode solutions allow for cost-effective deployment of enterprise LAN infrastructures. Whether
your network calls for 10Meg or 10Gig, our fiber optic solutions meet or exceed industry standards. Our LaserCore
10Gig solutions are backward compatible for legacy and existing applications.
